California Fields

About this artwork

Oil on canvas, This piece reveals the manufactured patterns that influence our landscapes. A mathematical exercise was critical to convey the depth and volume of the fields, roads and canals. Layers of transparent colors bring life to each of the planes and provide a rich color palette to explore.
