This work reflects on the mystery of long-lost particles—matter that drifts between geology and physics, memory and imagination. Six mosaic niches on a handmade substrate painted with Molten Metallics alkyd paint form an abstracted landscape layered with hand-cut slate, stained glass, and polished peridot—a semiprecious gemstone. Subtle accents of iridescent green glass tile in the upper niches suggest architectural fragments, while at the crown, a circulate stained glass form and brass elements evoke a celestial presence.
