Composed entirely of yellow glass tesserae and crushed glass fragments, the surface of this small Glass Color Field artwork captures and reflects light with shifting intensity—much like the desert itself beneath the midday sun. It was created with gratitude for the beautiful yellow blossoms that appear in gardens and natural landscapes in the Southwest.
