Interior mural for the Washington Street Payment Center in Downtown Phoenix. The design features the great blue heron, olive warbler, melissa blue butterfly, costas hummingbird among desert bluebells, passionflower and milkweed. The piece depicts an ecosystem that flourishes due to the water that nourishes and sustains it, and shows how water is vital to the desert’s people, plants and animals.
