Above his throne

About this artwork

Above his throne is inspired by the seraphim described in Isaiah 6, heavenly beings with six wings who worship in the presence of God. Their six wings represent more than flight; they carry a sense of reverence, humility, and awe. This piece has me pondering how it would feel imagining a presence so close to God.
