Lexi Schramm

Raised in Woodbury, MN, Lexi has always gravitated towards art. Expressing her creativity has come in many forms including but not limited to photography, drawing, painting, writing poetry, and more. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2021. While working full time as a nurse, she also started painting in 2023. With a strong emphasis on shape, color and texture, much of Lexis work are abstract depictions of the female form. However, since moving to Arizona in July 2024, she has found a new muse: the desert landscapes. With this new inspiration, she is planning on leaning into her geographical style painting while also continuing to use the abstract elements of her previous work. Regardless of the subject, Lexis painting process is a spontaneous one with minimal planning until the paintbrush hits the canvas and guides her art.
