Andrea Merican is a Scottsdale-based watercolor artist with a lifelong passion for color, light, and design. Trained in fine art at the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design in Denver, she creates vibrant, dynamic pieces inspired by everything from desert botanicals to coastal landscapes. Her work reflects a mastery of watercolor and a deep understanding of how color and movement bring a scene to life.

Art is one chapter of Andrea’s story. She’s also a licensed real estate broker, business coach, and author—helping entrepreneurs and agents build businesses they love without the burnout. Drawing from her 18+ years in real estate and entrepreneurship, she brings the same creativity, focus, and dedication to her clients as she does to her paintings.
