Alexis Aura

I am a bas-relief artist who creates mixed-media sculptural wall art. I’m based in Peoria, Arizona, and my work centers around sculptural texture and modern luxury finishes. I started creating in January 2025, and it quickly became a practice shaped by patience, intuition, and slow, intentional layering. I’m drawn to the way raw materials can be transformed into dimensional surfaces that feel both organic and refined. Every piece is built through movement and subtle shifts, becoming its own quiet expression of form and depth as I explore a range of finishes — from soft matte and painted surfaces to sealed, resin-polished works — while my gilding techniques bring a luminous, reflective finish to the work.
