Jimmy Peggie

Jimmy Peggie is a Scottish-born, Phoenix-based multimedia artist who works with experimental sound, radio art, and moving images. His work often explores themes of minimalism, decay, impermanence, and the transient nature of things. He combines minimalist experimental soundscapes with still and moving images, often in monochromatic or dark tones. His art work has been included at many art spaces end events internationally. He currently composes hour long, monthly, sound art radio shows for Camp Radio in France, Radio UAP Poznan in Poland and Minerva Radio in . His work has been featured at Iklectik Arts Space (London), Barcelona Festival of Sound Art, Radiophrenia Radio Arts Festival (Glasgow), Framework Radio (Europe), TRAFO Exhibition (Berlin), Max Protetch Gallery (NYC), Currents 826 Gallery (Santa Fe), Coconino Center for the Arts (Flagstaff), Phoenix Art Museum, Tempe Center for the Arts, Arizona Science Center, Arizona State University and more.
