Eve Selonke

New work coming soon! Eve started painting in 2007 and had her first show at First Friday in Phoenix Arizona that December. By 2010 she was runner up for RAW Artist of the Year. In 2011 she started participating in open studio painting events and was exposed to fine artists in the community. Eve started her fine art career as a figure and portrait model, which inspired her to become a better artist. She moved to Seattle and obtained an Associate of Fine Arts degree in 2017. When Eve returned to Arizona, she received a scholarship at the prestigious Scottsdale Artist School where she began studying with Jerry Salinas while continuing to model. She started her first body of work in oil in 2019, which was built up over the course of the pandemic. Much of her current work is informed by the isolation of lockdown.
