Comurshy

Kristjan Kristjansson (Comurshy) is a Phoenix based painter originally from Reykjavik Iceland. He got a degree in drawing from ASU after deciding to go to art school after being inspired to pursue drawing by the art of Ralph Steadman. He later dedicated himself completely to painting with acrylic and spray paint after being inspired by a number of painters, such as David Choe. Comurshy now creates colorful abstract paintings and turns them into something more, usually portraits and characters.
