Joan Waters

I enjoy cross-pollinating ideas across different media. Though I am originally a painter, my current work often takes the form of large steel sculptures, glazed ceramics and wall pieces in welded steel with patinas which are usually inspired by elements of the natural environment. My studio is open to explore completed bodies of work as well as works in progress. I welcome commissions and enjoy the synergy of the creative process.
